Know the Current State of your

Musqular  System

After this questionnaire have been sent, during the 24h. you will receive your Load Profile and your Load Pattern of the your typical day, accounted on your answers.  This calculations shows the actual state of your powers at this moment - Current State of the muscular system (CSMS) displayed in Accounted State Markers (ASM).

Knowing and understanding these markers will give you the ability to align your training and daily routine with the basic concepts of Power Management in order to select the tools to manage your loads and recovery. This will help you move most efficiently towards your nearest targets.

All fields are required to fill in.

If you don't have an answer to this question put "0" and move on to the next question. If you have an alternative answer, please post it here. If the following question matches your knowledge, answer it.

For more information on how to answer each question, open the

  Load Collecting Guide

Fill it out thoughtfully and rememer: if you want real results, you've come to the right place.

   With power regards, Kir Might.

Well done!

The Loads Collecting Cluster  specially developed by the author for ranking activities by their types and calculating the corresponding volumes of work performed per day allows you to determine the values of markers that characterize the work of your muscular system, by which you can analyze the effectiveness of your management of your Power Potential, determine errors and assign the required volumes of loads for subsequent workouts .

This test will show your real loads on daily workouts (in universal calculation units), as well as the level of daily household load, taking into account the loads from your professional activity. The test will also determine important analytical indicators: the level of your muscle activity, reserve of strength and the speed of muscle recovery. According to these indicators, you can assess the prospects of your physical development, the quality of training and the level of vital activity in general.

To understand the Current State of the muscular system (CSMS) report, read the MI-AC Quick Reference below.

PP - Power Potential - shows the ability of an individual to perform a certain amount of work within 1 day without damage to his muscular system, expressed in UAU.
UAU - universal account units  (kilogram, tons)
LT - Load Task - Load task - the planned amount of work for 1 day, required to be completed.
NC - Nutrition Completeness - the daily level of energy consumption (in calories) equal to the level of expended forces.
ST - Sleep Time - the total number of hours spent in a dream in a horizontal position within  twenty-four hours.
DL - Day Lying - the time spent by the individual in the prone position used for rest.
RR - Recovery Rate - the amount of restorable power in the lying position, during one hour, expressed in UAU (tons). With NC = 1.
RC - recovery - the amount of forces to be restored for a selected period of time, expressed in UAU (tons).
TQ - Target Question  is a user's question about the choice and application of Power Management methods to achieve the desired goal.
SF - solution formula - a set of methods and ways to apply them to achieve the user's desired goal.
CASP - Cluster Analysis Starting Point - the current state of the muscular system, determined by the Cluster Analysis method.
CASP is the initial phase of testing the user for a physical activity class before starting Power Management measures.
LASP - Load Account Starting Point - The current state of the muscular system, determined by the Load Account method.
LASP is the final phase of testing the user for a physical activity class before starting Power Management measures.
Power Management measures: Monitoring, Analysis, Forecast, Planning of activity and its results.
Load Account measures: Load Accounting, Recovery Accounting, Nutrition Accounting; Marker Calculation.
CPA - class of physical activity - the ability of an individual to perform a specific load task.
CPA determinants - a set of indicators and daily load distribution models that determine the class of physical activity (power potential, load profile, activity pattern, recovery rate)
AP - Activity Pattern - the most characteristic spread  of load values on the daily timeline.
Using the Activity Pattern in analytics and Power Management practice allows you to create a map of maximum, midiem and minimun of point values for the total load of the day, taking into account its changing value throughout the day.
Using such a map gives us an understanding of how the daily load volumes are distributed and allows us to change the focus of their application depending on the goal.
LP - Load Profile - shows the sum volumes of daily loads for three main categories of activities.
The Load Profile includes three categories of activities:
P(AC)  -  professional activity
H(AC)  -  household activity
T(AC)  -  training activity
Each category of activity is a set of different actions, which during their execution are characterized by the corresponding volume of load on the muscular system.
     For example, Load Profile = P/H/T = 7/10/25
     P  -  Professional(activity) Load (ton)
     H -  Household  Load (ton)
     T -  training  Load (ton)
Using the Load Profile in analytics and Power Management practice allows you to create a map of loads related to different areas of an individual's life and, understanding their volumes, let us redistribute efforts in the most important areas of actions
